Absolutely! Our phones are sourced from local distributors, wholesalers, telcos and suppliers.
Why are your prices so low compared to the official prices?
Since 2001, we’ve built our business on pricing transparency and a commitment to passing cost savings on to our loyal customers. Although our margins are kept deliberately low, the lasting trust and relationships we’ve gained make it worthwhile.
Does your phones come with warranty?
Yes, all phones come with the respective manufacturer's warranty. Repair and servicing are provided by their official service centres in Singapore, unless otherwise stated.

Orders/Deliveries
Can I order online?
Yes, we accept online orders. Simply add your orders into the shopping cart and checkout. However, we only accept PayNow for online orders.
How do I order items that are listed as 'Pre-Order Required'?
Once we received your order for such items, we will check with our supplier, and will update you the stock availability.
What is the payment mode for online orders?
We only accept PayNow for online orders.
How much are the delivery fees?
The delivery fees are as follow:
Standard Delivery *
(1-3 Working Days) - FREE!
Express Delivery *
(Same Day/Next Day): $15 - $30 base on location/time

How soon can I receive my order ?
Once we have received your PayNow payment, we will packed the parcels, and the courier will typically pickup the parcels the following day. They will normally deliver the item within the next 2 working days after pickup from us.
How can I track my parcel?

Can I order online and pickup from your shop?
Yes, you can add cart and choose 'Store Pickup' upon checkout. We will inform you once the items are ready for self collection.
Can I ask someone to pickup the items on my behalf?
Yes, you can. Kindly furnish us the buyer's name and order number as proof of collection. We shall not be responsible for any fraudulent claims. Please do not share your order details unless necessary.

How do I get to your store?
Public Transport
The most efficient way to reach the store via public transport is by taking the MRT to Orchard Station.
MRT Station: Alight at Orchard MRT Station (NS22/TE14).
Exit: Take Exit 1 or the underground walkway towards Tangs/Scotts Road.
Walking: Walk along Scotts Road past the Grand Hyatt and Royal Plaza on Scotts. Far East Plaza will be on your right.
Locating the Store: Head to the 2nd floor; the shop is located at unit #02-98.
Driving and Parking
Parking: Far East Plaza has its own multi-story car park accessible via the entrance on Scotts Road.
Drop-off: There is a convenient drop-off point at the front of the mall on Scotts Road.
