Screening Instructions
1) Kindly perform the screening below before proceeding to sell us your phones.
2) Do a screenshot of the screening results (showing the screening number) and proceed to sell us your phones.
Step 1 : Scan QRcode or Click Link
Step 2 : Log In Using Your SingPass
Step 3 : Enter Your Mobile Number
Step 4 : Under 'Property', Select 'Mobile Phones/Devices with IMEI'
Step 5 : Enter the serial number (IMEI) and click 'Proceed' (no need to enter brand)
Step 6 : Ensure the screening result is shown as 'No Record Found' and note down the screening reference number.
