While we will do our best to ensure that your purchases are free from defects, we would like to remind our customers that we DO NOT have any refund or 7-days exchange policy.

We will only exchange new products for item which is Dead On Arrival (DOA) upon purchase. Once it has left the store we cannot honour any refunds or exchanges. 

We highly recommend that our customers test their phones thoroughly before leaving the store. This includes making a call, sending an SMS, taking a photo and checking all buttons.

Faults identified after purchase should be brought to the respective manufacturers for warranty claims (where applicable).
